Last date of filling this online form along with fee payment has been extednded till 20th June 2026.*
Candidates applying in Christian Minority Category B for MDS Admission 2026 should fill this form.
Candidates are advised to read the Guide to fill Online Application form for Registration in Minority Category – B available at www.cmcludhiana.in under College Admissions 2026 before filling this online form
Candidates need to sign up using an email Id and mobile number while you visit the online portal first time. For this click on the Submit Application Button - fill details and a login user ID and password will be generated.
Only one application per candidate is to be submitted.
Candidates can edit their application before Final Submit. For doing so, Login using the login ID (email id) and the password. The automatically generated password has to be mandatorily changed after registration.
Form Submission is mandatory till last date. Filling of forms but not submitting them will not be considered.
No Edit will be possible after Final Submit/Last date of submission.
After final submit a pdf will be generated which needs to be signed after printing and posted to "The Registrar, CMC Ludhiana, Punjab, India" along with enclosures to reach on or before 26th June 2026
