UG-MBBS/BDS/BPT BIBLE TEST APPLICATION FORM (Updated 11 April 2026)
Last date of filling this online form along with fee payment for Bible Test is 15th May 2026.
Candidates are advised to read the 'Information & instructions Bible Test' and 'Guide to Application process for Christian Minority Category applicants' available at website www.cmcludhiana.in under College Admissions 2026 before filling this online application form
Candidates need to sign up using an email Id and mobile number while you visit the online portal first time. For this click on the Submit Application Tab - fill details and a login user ID and password will be generated.
Candidates can edit their application before Final Submit. For doing so, Login using the login ID (email id) and the password. The automatically generated password has to be mandatorily changed after registration.
Form Submission is mandatory before last date. Filling of forms but not submitting them will not be considered.
No Edit will be possible after Final Submit/Last date of submission.
After final submit a pdf will be generated which needs to be signed after printing and posted to "The Registrar, CMC Ludhiana, Punjab, India 141008" along with enclosures to reach on or before 20 May 2026
