NOTICE(4-Aug-2026) USE this application portal for submitting documents for Eligibility of Christian Minority Verification after applying for counselling to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences
· Fill NEET Score, Neet Roll No, Baba Farid University Registration No
· Download Online document verification checklist from website www.cmcludhiana.in, fill, scan and upload
· Upload any other pending 'required' documents (*) (E.g 12th mark sheet, NEET Score/Admit card, etc.)
· Submit documents for Verification of Eligibility for Christian Minority
· Call at Registrar office phone nos for any query (0161-2115381 or 0161-5010809)

IMPORTANT NOTICE_19 May 2026: "Due to scheduling of NEET re-exam on 21st June 2026, BIBLE TEST 2026 will also be rescheduled, new date will be uploaded on website www.cmcludhiana.in
Last date of filling this online form along with fee payment for Bible Test is 15th May 2026.
Candidates are advised to read the 'Information & instructions Bible Test' and 'Guide to Application process for Christian Minority Category applicants' available at website www.cmcludhiana.in under College Admissions 2026 before filling this online application form
Candidates need to sign up using an email Id and mobile number while you visit the online portal first time. For this click on the Submit Application Tab - fill details and a login user ID and password will be generated.
Candidates can edit their application before Final Submit. For doing so, Login using the login ID (email id) and the password. The automatically generated password has to be mandatorily changed after registration.
Form Submission is mandatory before last date. Filling of forms but not submitting them will not be considered.
No Edit will be possible after Final Submit/Last date of submission.
After final submit a pdf will be generated which needs to be signed after printing and posted to "The Registrar, CMC Ludhiana, Punjab, India 141008" along with enclosures to reach on or before 20 May 2026
